Once names, business descriptions, and core figures disagree across channels, visitors doubt the materials first. Brand upgrades, renames, or long-drifted Chinese–English sites need a full-channel field replace—not stopping after the website is edited.
We pull website, press releases, white papers, and social bios into one set of standard fields, provide a replace checklist by channel, and run one more pre-publish check.
For companies with inconsistent multi-platform messaging, mismatched Chinese–English information, or a full replace need after brand upgrade.
When you need this
Different intros across platforms
Search snippets, social bios, and homepage first screens are not the same sentence. Names, business descriptions, and core figures need one set of standard fields—not stopping after the website is edited.
Chinese and English not aligned
The English site still uses an old name or old business scope. We lock standard Chinese, English, and other agreed languages, then list replace tables by channel.
Full replace after upgrade
The new slogan is set, but old materials and pinned posts are still the previous version. After channel inventory, the standard table and replace recommendations typically take 1 to 3 weeks. Backend edits can be done via managed ops or your team.
How we verify
Full-channel inventory
Export current intros, names, and key figures by channel; flag fields that disagree with the standard. Inventory scope follows the channel list you provide.
Confirm standard fields
Lock standard Chinese, English, and other agreed languages. Unconfirmed new names are not written into replace drafts early. Fields include company name, product names, business scope, and figures that must stay consistent.
Build the replace table
By channel, list fields to change, priority, who should edit, and when to recheck. Website, press, social bios, and pins are listed separately so one edit does not leave other channels on old lines.
Pre-publish recheck
Spot-check updated channels for leftover old lines. Recheck records note which URLs were checked and which old names remain, so you can decide whether another round is needed.
What remains after organizing
Standard information table
A field dictionary as the reference for later content. Sentences in the dictionary are the only outbound version. New channels check this table first instead of pulling a line from an old press release.
Channel replace checklist
What each channel must change, who changes it, and when to recheck. We provide the checklist and replace drafts; we do not default to logging into every backend to edit.
Core copy replace drafts
Paste-ready bios and key lines consistent with the standard information table. Each block notes website, social, or email-signature use so paste does not require length edits.
