AMAs and live Q&A need a theme, real questions, a process, and live floor control. A Q&A without collected questions becomes script-reading; an event without a recap ends its heat the same day.
We deliver by session from topic design through summary: warm-up, live timekeeping and notes support, and post-event abstract. Fits product launches, communities that need a responsible person to appear, or launch-companion interaction.
For companies that need a single public Q&A session or launch-companion interaction.
What we do each cycle
Collect real questions
Classify questions from community, support, and sales into publicly answerable versus post-session follow-up. Sessions without real questions pause to complete the list—they are not run as empty Q&A.
Process and warm-up
Set theme, duration, moderation, and warm-up content, and write the viewing entry. Warm-up uses only confirmed facts—no unauthorized people or unpublished figures teased early.
Live execution
Help keep time, record key statements, and stop promises added live. Translation, guest calendars, and platform technology, if needed, are written into the session at assessment—not included by default.
Recap summary
Deliver abstract, to-dos, and secondary-distribution clip suggestions, marking which sentences may be quoted publicly. If heat stops the same day, the summary is what later content can still reuse.
When to call us
Product launch Q&A
Users have a cluster of questions and need one look-back explanation—not answers scattered in comments. We classify questions first, then design duration and moderation so the session does not become script-reading.
Community asks for a public appearance
When open discussion heats up, a responsible person must answer within boundaries—ops should not promise on product’s behalf. Before the session, write speakable and no-go lines; keep time live; after, put unanswered questions on the to-do list.
Launch companion session
After the main launch, the audience still needs an interactive session to work through real questions. AMAs deliver by session—warm-up, day notes, and summary. Extra sessions not on the checklist are billed separately.
What you can check at month-end
Session plan and question list
Theme, process, duration, and classified questions—public versus post-session follow-up. You can see what will be answered before the session starts.
Warm-up and live content
Warm-up on agreed channels, plus day-of timekeeping and notes support. Materials follow confirmed drafts; unreviewed new sentences are not added live.
Recap summary
Records, to-dos, and replay-use notes—which clips may go to media or into the community. Q&A that did not happen is not added to the summary.
