Compliance & Service Principles

Content accuracy, authorized use, publishing standards, client confidentiality, and delivery boundaries are the foundation of partnership. Materials organization is not a legal opinion or approval agency service.

Content accuracy

Public materials rest on business facts and authorized materials the client provides. We do not invent performance, partnerships, talent endorsement, or market results that have not occurred.

Clients own the facts checklist; we write confirmed facts into channel-ready expression. Data, client names, and market share appear only with a client-confirmed source.

Authorized use

People, institutions, likenesses, names, and partnership language must stay within authorization. The website does not display specific celebrities, public figures, investors, outlets, or KOL names, and does not imply unauthorized partnerships.

When authorization expires or scope changes, related materials stop. Secondary edits, overseas placements, and paid boosts not written into scope are not treated as included.

Media publishing standards

Publish content requires client confirmation. When public credentials, returns language, comparisons, or restricted businesses are involved, materials organization and basic pre-checks come first.

Media habits differ by region; localized versions still rest on confirmed facts. We do not promise a named outlet will publish; delivery is the actual publication record within the agreed scope.

Service boundaries

Materials & Compliance Support only provides marketing materials organization, information consistency checks, and public expression standards. It does not provide professional legal opinions, financial audits, license approvals, or administrative permit agency services.

For those professional services, clients engage a qualified firm separately. We will not describe “materials organization” in a communications plan as “licensed” or “already approved.”

Client confidentiality

Project materials are used only for assessment and execution, and are not shared with unrelated third parties. Public releases follow the client-confirmed version.

Contact details on inquiry forms are for project communication. Channel information from resource partners is likewise kept confidential by project and is not listed on the website.

Delivery boundaries

Delivery follows the confirmed checklist: content, pages, publication records, operations logs, placement proof, or review materials. Shoot, placement, translation, or rush work not on the list is handled as a change.

Final pricing follows the formal quote; starting prices are reference only. Unverifiable outcome numbers are not acceptance criteria.
